Calcagni Commercial sells 30,000 s/f for $2.7m
Tom Worth, president of Calcagni Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer, Masonicare in the $2.7 million sale of 110-120 South Turnpike Rd., a 30,000 s/f office building on three acres.
David Barnes, senior vice president/partner and Jennifer Gosselin, associate of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller, Wallingford Turnpike LLC.
