Callahan constructing Olmstead Green, Haverhill Mills, Lynn Artist Lofts and Schoolhouse at Lower Mills

Callahan, Inc. has several projects underway in the Boston area. The projects are a mix of new condominium developments, town homes, apartments, lofts and school conversions. * Olmsted Green is a 42-acre planned mixed-use, mixed-income community in Boston. The developer is Lena New Boston, LLC, a partnership of Lena Park Community Development Corp. and New Boston Development Partners. The designer is ICON Architecture * Haverhill Mills is an adaptive reuse, 305-unit apartment project conveniently located in downtown Haverhill - steps from the commuter rail. The project will include a complete rehab with extensive masonry and wood renovations prior to development. The owner is Forest City Residential and the architect is DiMella Shaffer * Lynn Artist Lofts is a renovation of existing 3-story mill building in downtown Lynn. There were 2 stories added to the existing 3-story building for an ultimate build out of 31 for-sale loft units. The owner is the The Mayo Group and Rumpf Design is the architect. * The Schoolhouse at Lower Mills, located in Dorchester, is a renovation of an existing historic "Schoolhouse" into 8 for-sale units plus the new construction of a 54 unit building with underground parking on a tight urban site. Schoolhouse Ventures, LLC is the owner and the architect is The Architectural Team.
