Callahan Construction Managers completes 254-unit Parkway Apts.

West Roxbury, MA According to Callahan Construction Managers, the Parkway Apartments project is officially complete and has welcomed its first residents. Callahan broke ground on this 381,000 s/f project developed by Lincoln Parkway, LLC and designed by SK+I Architecture in December of 2019. As of May 15th, residents have begun enjoying the 254-unit development located off VFW Hwy. which includes a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den units across two buildings. Each unit welcomes you with an open floor plan and luxury finishes, some units including balconies overlooking the buildings’ courtyards and The Charles River. Residents have access to garage parking wrapped inside one of the residential buildings, which includes spaces for electric vehicles, and bike racks.

The amenity spaces at Parkway Apartments include two courtyards, both with grilling stations and room for hosting outdoor events. One of the courtyards also has a swimming pool, open to all residents, with wrap around lounge chairs.

The buildings also include a coffee bar, kitchenette, gym, and study and/or lounge areas including one with a cozy electric fireplace.

Lastly, there is the pet spa and dog park for the tenant’s four legged friends.
