Callahan Construction Managers completes The Wingate Residences at Haverhill

Haverhill, MA  Callahan Construction Managers (Callahan), celebrated the completion of Wingate Residences at Haverhill, a brand new senior living community located at 10 Residences Way (formerly 182 North Ave.). 

The project, owned and developed by Wingate Healthcare, consists of a new 61,515 s/f, private, residential community with 64 apartments for seniors interested in maintaining active lifestyles while planning for future needs. The building also includes 32 apartments with support for memory care.  The 3-story building features seating and dining spaces, a commercial kitchen, beauty salon and barbershop, theater, activities room, library, living rooms with fireplaces, dining rooms, butterfly gardens, a modern gym and outdoor walking trails. 

The facility, which was designed by The Architectural Team, is part of an expansion to the existing Haverhill facility. Interior design was provided by Jessica Schuster Design. Landscape design was a collaboration between Wagon Wheel and Weston & Sampson.

Wingate Residences at Haverhill marks the third project Callahan has successfully completed with Wingate.
