Campanelli Cos. and Commonfund Realty purchase 104,000 s/f

According to Campanelli Companies' Peter Brown, director of leasing, the purchase of 8 Presidential Way, in a joint venture between Campanelli and Commonfund Realty, Inc. was completed from Sanmina-SCI Corp., the seller. 8 Presidential Way is a two-story, 104,000 s/f office building, located on 13.8 acres. The building has been purchased, according to public records, in excess of $11 million and is vacant. Campanelli is analyzing the market demand to capitalize on the site's existing advantages as well as look at ways to re-develop and expand the site. "We believe our long and successful history of repositioning similar assets in the Greater Boston market will be a great benefit as we tackle the leasing of Presidential Woods Corporate Center," said Brown. Richard Herlihy, Richard Bradbury, Brian McKenzie and James Lipscomb of RBJ represented the seller and procured the buyer.
