Campanelli Cos.sells 137,000 s/f office building to FLIR Systems for $7.2 million; McKenzie, Lipscomb, Wilson and Petz of RBJ&P rep FLIR

Campanelli Companies sold 9 Townsend West, a 137,000 s/f office and open-area building to FLIR Systems, Inc. for $7.2 million. This new location will allow FLIR's commercial systems division to consolidate its three local operations into one location with common infrastructure. FLIR was represented by Brian McKenzie, James Lipscomb and John Wilson of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, working with Frank Petz, who leads the firm's capital markets team. Campanelli represented themselves. "FLIR Systems provides thermal imaging solutions that are used in a wide range of applications, many of which are mission-critical," said McKenzie. "We are pleased to have counseled FLIR Systems on the acquisition of 9 Townsend West, a well located and flexible building." 9 Townsend West was acquired by Campanelli Cos. as part of the GS Portfolio in September 2010.
