Newmark Knight Frank leases 109,000 s/f to Comcast
Jim Thompson and Doug Jacoby of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Equity Industrial Properties, in the 109,000 s/f lease at 9 Northeastern Blvd. to Comcast.
The company will use this as a regional distribution facility to support warehousing, electronics testing, and office functions.
Mitchell Jacoby of Cresa Partners' represented the tenant.
