Campbell of North Branch earns LEED AP

Joe Campbell of North Branch Construction, Inc. has achieved the certification of LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Campbell, a project manager for North Branch, is the fourth North Branch employee to become a LEED AP. The title of LEED AP distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the integrated design and LEED certification process. LEED AP's demonstrate a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources and processes.
North Branch Construction is an active member of the USGBC and has been providing sustainable construction practices for its clients for throughout its 50 year history.
Recent LEED projects include the $7.8 million Silver Level LEED Certified Portsmouth Public Library in Portsmouth, NH; the $18.9 million Gold Level LEED Certified Fahey and McLane Residence Halls at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH; and North Branch Construction's own new Corporate Headquarters in Concord, NH, currently awaiting Silver Level LEED certification.
