Canpro Investments Ltd. signs SAILS, Inc. to 2,681 s/f at 10 Riverside Drive

According to Ofer Drucker, senior vice president of Canpro Investments Ltd., SAILS, Inc. has leased space at 10 Riverside Dr. in the Canpro Lakeville Corporate Park. With a move to the "electronic internet cloud," the resulting change in the way SAILS, also known as the SAILS Library Network, operates their business in significantly reduced space requirement. The organization no longer needed to occupy a facility that would accommodate their servers. This allowed the non-profit to find an office environment located in the middle of their service area. Jeanne Alexander, property manager of Canpro Lakeville Corporate Park welcome Sails Library Network to their new fully renovated 2,681 s/f of office space at 10 Riverside Dr. Canpro has been in the commercial real estate business for over 50 years. It is wholly owned by its founder and president David Azrieli, C.M., C.Q., M.Arch an architect, builder, developer and a philanthroper, currently owns, controls and manages over 5 million s/f of commercial property. The properties are primarily shopping centers and office towers. In addition to the properties in North America, Azrieli established the first enclosed shopping mall in Israel and is today, the leading commercial yielding properties owner and real estate developer in Israel. SAILS, Inc., a non-profit, private corporation, operates and supports the iBistro Online Catalog and Circulation systems for 73 libraries and branches throughout 40 communities in Southeastern Mass. Additionally, SAILS offers PC support and consultation services, group purchasing, staff training, web hosting, and email.
