CapeBuilt Development, LLC hires Hansen as operations manager

CapeBuilt Development, LLC has hired Renee Hansen as operations manager to oversee its sales team and coordinate all aspects of real estate development between and among design, manufacturing, on-site construction and marketing teams. Hansen is joining CapeBuilt after working for Pulte Homes since 2004. CapeBuilt is the developer of Heritage Sands on Old Wharf Rd., offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom cottages in Cape Cod's first oceanfront "cottage colony" in more than 50 years.
