CapeBuilt Development, LLC has hired Renee Hansen as operations manager to oversee its sales team and coordinate all aspects of real estate development between and among design, manufacturing, on-site construction and marketing teams. Hansen is joining CapeBuilt after working for Pulte Homes since 2004.
CapeBuilt is the developer of Heritage Sands on Old Wharf Rd., offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom cottages in Cape Cod's first oceanfront "cottage colony" in more than 50 years.
