Capitol Cove developing mixed-use project at 1 Park Row West

Capitol Cove LLC is developing Capitol Cove, a mixed use residential and commercial project for the Capital Center District development.
The first phase is made up of two residential buildings. The first of which will include 96 units. A second building will add 153 residential homes. The two brick buildings will be 4.5 stories tall with below ground parking. Building one is under construction with plans for completion by the end of the year.
Phase two and three is targeted for retail and commercial space.
The project is bordered by Providence's Amtrak station, Canal St., Smith St. and the Moshassuck River.
Providence Builders LLC, a subsidiary of Tocci Building Companies, is the construction manager. Design was provided by Elkus/Manfredi Architects and HDS Architects.

Developer Robert Roth said, "Phase one of Capitol Cove will bring new investment of $60 million to the city, and the remainder of the project will increase investment level to more than $250 million."
