Edward Carbone of Carbone Commercial Real Estate, brokered the sale of a 15,180 s/f industrial building to the Cieri Group LLC for $1.25 million.

The building is located on a 2.58 acre industrial-zoned lot at 275 Salem St. and is partially occupied by two tenants Schneider Bros. Auto Body and Central Automotive.
The new owners plan to renovate the existing structure and lease out the vacant 8,500 s/f formerly occupied by the seller.
Carbone will be representing the Cieri Group LLC as its exclusive agent in the leasing the 8,500 s/f vacant industrial unit.
