This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller and purchaser by Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate. William Dunnigan has purchased a 1,620 s/f commercial condominium at 72 Ocean St., Unit 105, for $200,000. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller and purchaser by Perry. Tropical Smoothie has leased 1,881 s/f of restaurant/drive thru space at 740 Broadway Ave. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the landlord, The L&J Co, LLC, by Nate Stevens of CBRE, The Boulos Company.
