Litchfield of Concord Commercial represents Lamcor in 20,000 s/f sale

Concord Commercial Real Estate is pleased to welcome Lamcor Corp. to town. Lamcor, founded in 1999 by owners Luigi Silveri and Aaron Karneth, manufactures and repairs equipment for process industries including the paper, paper converting, printing, plastics and food industry. Lamcor is consolidating its two N.H. locations to a central headquarters with the purchase of the 20,000 s/f industrial property at 10 Chenell Dr. Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial represented Lamcor. Jim Destefano and Doug Martin of Colliers represented the seller, Performance Chemicals Properties LLC. Financing was facilitated by Mary Mattson, Bank of New Hampshire.
