Cardente R.E. and NAI Dunham Group broker 5,000 s/f lease transaction
According to Cardente Real Estate, The Peekaboo Children's Center, LLC has leased 5,000 s/f of space from Dana Warp Mill, LLC at 90 Bridge St.
The transaction was brokered one behalf of the tenant by Brian Giguere of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the landlord by Frank O'Connor of NAI The Dunham Group.
