Johnson of MJB leases 44,800 s/f to Price Rite

MJB Real Estate Services Corporation has brokered a lease transaction at 4425 Main St., a former National Wholesale Liquidators location. Dan Johnson of MJB was the sole broker in this transaction. Price Rite, an operating name of Wakefern Foods, leased 44,800 s/f of retail space for a term of 15 years. This is Price Rite's second location in Bridgeport with plans to open March 2010.
