Cardente Real Estate and Malone Commercial broker 1,347 s/f lease
According to Cardente Real Estate, Cambium Enterprises has leased 1,347 s/f of office space at Lower Falls Landing. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Lower Falls Landing Associates by Matthew Barney of Malone Commercial Brokers and on behalf of the tenant by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate.
