Cardente Real Estate completes 52,609 s/f sale for JB Brown & Sons

Edmund & Wheeler, Inc. has purchased 482 Congress St. for $4.5 million. This investment property consists of 52,609 s/f of office / mixed use space and includes an adjacent parking lot. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, JB Brown & Sons, by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate.
