Cardente Real Estate completes three leases totaling 5,770 s/f

Portland, ME Cardente Real Estate has completed the following lease transactions totaling 5,770 s/f: 

• Ocean Gate Plaza, 511 Congress St., Portland: 1,046 s/f of class A office space was leased to Liberty Mutual Insurance from Ocean Gate, LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the tenant by Malone Commercial Brokers.

• 34 Portland St., Portland: 3,724 s/f freestanding retail building was leased to Candy’s L3C from the
Olivadoti Family. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Cardente and on behalf of the tenant by Jennifer Nale of Porta & Co.

• 19 Northbrook Dr., Falmouth: 1,000 s/f of 1^st floor office/medical office was leased to Maine Laser from CPM, 19 Northbrook, LLC. Maine Laser currently occupies space on the second floor of 19 Northbrook Dr. and expanded their operations to include the first floor unit.  This transaction was brokered by Cardente.
