Carl and David Burwick of The Katz Co. broker three transactions - including a $1.2 million sale

Carl & David Burwick of The Katz Companies has brokered the following three transactions: *Buckley Insurance Agency, Inc. has signed a lease for 2,700 s/f at 377 Shrewsbury St. Buckley Insurance will be moving from 342 Shrewsbury St. to larger space at 377 Shrewsbury St. The landlord is Rose Balsamo.   *O'Neill Realty Trust sold 356 Shrewsbury St., consisting of a 2,000 s/f commercial building and a three decker, to Anthony Vigliotti for $312,500.  After the sale, the 2,000 s/f building was leased to Crossfit Center Mass, a functional strength gym. *245 River St. Place, LLC has purchased 245 River St., Fitchburg, Mass. from Pearl Realty Inc. for $1.2 million. The property consists of 300,000 s/f of mill buildings (2 buildings connected), on 8.5 acres of land. The new owner intends to convert the buildings for retail and residential use.
