Manchester, NH The Union Leader Corp. has moved its newspaper distribution operation from their location at 100 William Loeb Dr. to 200 Perimeter Rd. Deanna Caron, associate broker for Stebbins Commercial Properties said the Union Leader took 13,660 s/f of warehouse space at the building for 5 years. Caron represented the Union Leader Corp. and Roger Dieker of CBRE/New England represented the landlord, Amber Perimeter Associates out of New Rochelle, NY.
