Manchester, NH Deanna Caron, associate broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC, has leased 4,112 s/f at 195 McGregor St., Unit 319 to Youth Villages.

The tenant is based out of Memphis, Tenn. Founded in 1986, Youth Villages is a nationally recognized leader in the field of children’s mental and behavior health.

Caron represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
