Manchester, NH Deanna Caron, associate broker, Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has sold 23 Amherst St. One of the last free standing buildings in the heart of downtown, this 4,876 s/f building sold for $412,500 to The Manchester Development Corporation (MDC).
Joseph Wichert, chairman of the MDC has announced plans to solicit proposals from prospective tenants and partners.
Caron represented the owners, Pauline and Tim Gage, and assisted the buyer in this transaction.
