Newmarket, NH The sale of a 27,640 s/f industrial warehouse and office property at 12 Forbes Rd. has closed in the Newmarket Industrial Park. The purchaser of the property, Exeter Events and Tents, was represented by Christopher McInnis principal broker of Nautilus Realty Group. In purchasing this property, Exeter Events and Tents will be relocating two separate business locations and consolidating into this expanded facility. The seller, Shearwater Investment Corporation, was represented by Christian Stallkamp of CB Richard Ellis.
McInnis said, “The industrial availabilities of any significant size on the seacoast of New Hampshire are few and far between in this market for purchase, which is forcing off market opportunities into play and also pushing industrial sale prices higher on a price per square foot basis as more demand drives the market.”
