Caron of Stebbins leases 47,000 s/f
Manchester NH Surplus Office Equipment, one of New Hampshire's largest office furniture dealers, has leased 47,000 s/f at
186 Granite St. on the ground floor/street level for 5 years. The space has a
parking lot level entrance with customer parking at the entrance.
The tenant was reprsented by Deanna Caron, associate broker at Stebbins Commercial Properties and the landlord was represented by Jim DeStefano, principal, Grubb & Ellis/Northern New England.
