Caron of Stebbins leases 7,774 s/f to The Training Station
Deanna Caron, broker, Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. leased 7,774 s/f of street level space located at 200 Elm St. to The Training Station for six years. The kickboxing, gym, karate studio is owned and operated by Terry Dow, martial arts instructor and Christina Davidson, personal trainer. The building has been completely renovated.
Caron represented the lessor, Alan Cady of ACL Industries and assisted the lessee.
