McMahon and Mueller of NAI Norwood Group lease 3,000 s/f retail

NAI Norwood Group leased 3,000 s/f at Globe Plaza, 306 North Main St. to Sun Tan City. Representing the landlord, REL Commons, LLC, was Chris McMahon and John Mueller of the NAI Norwood Group Portsmouth office. Sun Tan City has over 90 locations with 12 locations in Maine. Sun Tan City plans to open several locations in N.H. in the coming months. Other tenants at Globe Plaza are: Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, The 306 Restaurant, Domino's Rent-A-Center, and H&R Block.
