Kendin Carr, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.

“It was a pleasure to represent the seller in this transaction. Our dynamic sales process was able to generate strong interest, and multiple bids, from both local and international investors. All of whom were interested in a seasoned asset, with an ideal location and strong rental history,” Carr said.

Carr also expressed that the assets’ proximity to Harvard Business School, Central Sq., Harvard Sq., and public transportation highlight the reasons the city continues to be a high demand real estate market for investors.
