Carucci of ERA Boston arranges $3.7m sale for 457 Centre St. Realty

Michael Carucci of ERA Boston Real Estate Group Inc. has sold 457 Centre St. for $3.7 million. The 17,900 s/f, three-story brick apartment brick building is located in the Newton Corner area. The seller was 457 Centre St. Realty Trust of Boston. Peter Nassif of Liberty Real Estate Co. represented the buyer, Dennis Dyer of Waltham.
