According to Group Boston Real Estate (GBRE), Michael Carucci brokered the sale of 180 Marlborough St. #3in Back Bay for a purchase price of $3.15 million. The 2,707 s/f property is a renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 4 fireplaces, direct elevator access, deeded parking and a large deck accessible off of the kitchen and family room.
