Cascella of Goodfellow Real Estate brokers $3.75 million sale of Highland Plaza

Newtown, CT According to Todd Payne, president of Goodfellow Real Estate, Highland Plaza at 123 South Main St. was sold for $3.75 million. The seller was Highland HC, LLC and the purchaser is Newtown Highland, LLC.

Bob Cascella, commercial advisor/broker of Goodfellow Real Estate represented both parties. Highland Plaza contains three buildings and is located on Rte. 25.

Russell Barton, one of the principals for Newtown Highland, LLC said, “We are excited about the opportunity to be part of the Newtown business community. I can’t thank Bob enough for his efforts to bring this deal to fruition.”
