Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal arranges $865,000 sale for Providence Barbell Club new location

Providence, RI Providence Barbell Club, LLC purchased 479 Washington St. for $865,000. The 4,934 s/f building with the associated parking area will serve as the clubs new location. Providence Barbell Club was located at 715 Branch Ave. 

Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the buyers and James Derentis of Residential Properties, Ltd. represented the sellers.
