The Boulos Company arranges $1.35m sale
for Portland Art Gallery

Portland, ME Portland Art Gallery owner, Kevin Thomas, and gallery director, Emma Wilson, purchased 154 Middle St. for $1.35 million from Peak 5 Equities, LLC. They have operated in this location since 2011. Greg Boulos of the Boulos Company represented 154 Art Ventures, LLC in the transaction. 

The Portland Art Gallery is one of Maine’s leading art galleries representing over 60 established and emerging Maine artists. The purchase of this building is a win for the art community, including both artists and art collectors, as well as local businesses.
