Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal secures $2.25 million sale of 9.47 acres
Smithfield, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the sale of 339 Farnum Pk. This industrial flex building features 10,348 s/f of manufacturing space, three-phase electric, and dedicated office space. The property is improved with a solar farm.
DPC Realty, LLC acquired the property for $2.25 million. Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the seller, Carbide Realty LLC.
