Soby-Roberts Team of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells 135 Cliff Dr. in Anawan Cliffs for $7.5 million

Narragansett, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of 135 Cliff Dr. for $7.5 million. The sellers were represented by The Soby-Roberts Team, sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s. Jennifer Holland of Andrew Abu, Inc. represented the buyers.

Anchored in the town’s Anawan Cliffs neighborhood, this home is a waterfront estate set on two acres with 180-degree Atlantic views to Jamestown and Beavertail Lighthouse. Spanning 8,200 s/f, the residence offers coastal living with a newly completed gourmet kitchen, entertaining spaces, and an oceanfront porch.

“This sale underscores the continued demand for Narragansett’s premier waterfront estates,” said Bridgette Soby. “We’re honored to have represented such an iconic property and proud to deliver one of the town’s highest recorded sales.”

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in the Anawan Cliffs neighborhood, and the fourth highest in the town on record.
