Casler of Casler and Company arranges 22,565 s/f lease at 220 Bear Hill Road

Casler and Company represented 220 Bear Hill Realty Trust (park owners) in leasing 22,565 s/f of office space in the Hillcrest Office Park at 220 Bear Hill Rd. to Henry Schein, Inc. The Hillcrest Office Park is a six acre site comprised of 4 buildings. 220 Bear Hill Rd. is a one and a half story single story 29,000 s/f building which was originally constructed in 1973 with renovations in 1998 and 2008. 240 Bear Hill is 17,000 s/f and 260 Bear Hill is 28,000 s/f constructed in 1979 and 1976 respectively. 210 Bear Hill is a four story 35,000 s/f red brick office property with partial covered parking. According to Brad Casler of Casler and Co., "There are several factors that contribute to tenanting this park including keeping constant communication with brokerage community and with an ownership that is aware of the market conditions and the ability of making rapid decisions." Casler, principal of Casler and Co. was the leasing agent for the owner's and Robert Byrne, Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented tenant. Casler and Company is a commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, sales and brokerage consulting services for over the past 20 years.
