Catlin of Boston Realty Advisors handles 7,000 s/f lease at 101 Tremont

Boston, MA Inspired Insight has signed a lease at 101 Tremont St. in downtown, with Wil Catlin, managing director and senior partner of Boston Realty Advisors, representing the tenant. Inspired Insight will occupy 7,000 s/f. The landlord is GLL Real Estate Partners. 

“Despite the near constant debates on LinkedIn about the imminent demise of the company office, we see real value in having a physical space where we can be together,” said Kieron Mathews, CEO of Inspired Insight. “Our new home on Tremont is going to be great – open and modern, with numerous collaboration spaces and areas for quiet focus, all surrounded by the energy and vibrancy of the city. The entire team is excited for the move and office life once more.”
