United Multi Family (UMF) brokered the sale of a 37-unit mixed use apartment building at 534 Lincoln St. for $2.45 million ($66,216 per unit). The sale was handled by Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of UMF.
The brick residences are comprised of 10 three-bedroom, six two-bedroom, 18 one-bedroom apartments with three commercial units at street level in a five story elevator brick building built in 1930.
According to the owner the property was gut rehabbed in the 1980's, and has off-street parking and an on-site laundry facility.
Since its inception in 1998, UMF has sold over 500 multi-family properties.
