CB Millett Realty and Maloney Realty Inc. cobroker $740,000 sale at 147 Main Street

Equity Partners represented by Kevin Fletcher, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty has sold the restaurant property located at 147 Main St. which was leased to Friendly's Restaurant. The buyer PSMR LLC was represented by JP Maloney of JP Maloney Realty Inc. The sale price was $740,000.
