CB Richard Ellis and UGL Equis lease 2,518 s/f for the Druker Company

The Druker Company, Ltd. leased 2,518 s/f to Global Atlantic Partners, LLC at 50 Federal St. CB Richard Ellis and UGL Equis Corp. brokered the transaction. Global Atlantic Partners is a consultancy firm specializing in risk internal audit services consulting, business process consulting, fraud and forensic services, investor relations and human capital consulting. Peter Trivelas of UGL Equis Corp. represented the tenant, while The Druker Co. was represented by William Crean and Jonathan Freni of CB Richard Ellis. 50 Federal St. is located in the center of Boston's business community. It offers immediate access to multifaceted highway systems as well as an airport water shuttle and the South Shore commuter boats, operating from Rowes Wharf.
