CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP negotiates two leases at 297 State Street, North Haven, totaling 158,186 s/f

CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP (CBRE/NE) has negotiated two leases at 297 State St., totaling 158,186 s/f. Red Thread Spaces LLC has leased 104,425 s/f in Building 4 and 1-800-PACK-RAT has leased 53,761 s/f in Building 3. Matthew O'Hare of CBRE/NE represented the landlord, MCP Mountain 297 State Street, LLC, a joint venture between Marcus Partners and Mountain Development Corp. Chris Metcalfe, also of CBRE/NE, along with Richard Levine of CBRE NYC represented Red Thread. Peter Shiue and Connor Faught of Colliers International represented 1-800-PACK-RAT. 297 State St. is a multi-tenant industrial building with access to I-91 & 95 as well as the Merritt Parkway (Rte. 15). The site has undergone renovations recently and now is home to both Red Thread and 1-800-PACK-RAT. Up to 28,000 s/f of superb quality office space is available at the complex. Joseph Coci of Mountain Development Corp. worked closely with Mike Freda and other senior officials of the town in order to complete these leases. Coci said, "The town of North Haven has been an excellent partner in our repositioning of 297 State St. Mike Freda and his team have been tireless advocates for this property. We could not have completed these leases without the complete support and cooperation of town officials."
