CB Richard Ellis/New England has arranged a new 47,124 s/f lease with Divco West/Taurus Investment Holdings on behalf of Avnet, Inc., one of the world's largest international distributors of technology, at 400 Riverpark Dr. Avnet, ranked first in its industry by Fortune magazine's list of Most Admired Companies for the second year in a row, will move into the 150,000 s/f Class A office building this October.
