CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. completes 8 leases totaling 40,140 s/f

EDS Inc. has leased 10,812 s/f of office space at 43 Landry St. from Biddeford Investment Properties LLC. Steve Baumann brokered this transaction on behalf of the landlord and tenant of CB Richard Ellis/Boulos Co. Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has renewed their lease of 12,980 s/f of office space at 1035 Lisbon St., in Lewiston. Goodwill Industries of Northern New England was represented by Craig Young, CCIM, partner CBRE/Boulos Co. Fit for Purpose LLC has leased 1,600 s/f of retail space at 235 Commercial St. in Portland from 237 Commercial St. LLC. Fit for Purpose will be a high end men's clothing store in which the owner of the store has two other area locations. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and the tenant by Nate Stevens of CBRE/Boulos Co. URS Corp. has renewed their lease for 6,600 s/f of office space at 477 Congress St. in Portland from 477 Time and Temperature LLC . Dan Greenstein of CBRE/Boulos Co. brokered this transaction on behalf of the tenant and landlord. Ken's Beverage has leased a 1,500 s/f warehouse and office unit at 170 John Roberts Rd. in South Portland. Justin Lamontagne represented the tenant and the landlord, Carbo Co. Fraser Papers has leased 4,807 s/f of office space at 707 Sable Oaks Dr. in South Portland. Fraser Paper was represented by Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR, partner of NAI/The Dunham Grp. and the landlord, Second Portland LP was represented by Jessica Estes of CBRE/Boulos Co. GreenBridge Energy Consortium, LLC has leased an 800 s/f main level office suite at 170 U.S. Rte. One in Falmouth. Lamontagne of CBRE/Boulos Co. brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant and landlord, F.C. Heinemann. The Maine Department of Labor has leased a 1,050 s/f office suite at 175 Lancaster St. at the Bayside Complex in Portland. Lamontagne, brokered this deal on behalf of the landlord, Bayside 1, LLC, and tenant.
