CBL & Associates Props. to provide landlord rep. for Patriot Place

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. has been retained by NPP Development LLC, an affiliate of The Kraft Group, to partner with Strategic Retail Advisors (SRA) in providing landlord representative and consulting services for Patriot Place, the more than 1.3 million s/f retail, dining and entertainment destination. "We appreciate the confidence that the owners of Patriot Place have shown in CBL and look forward to collaborating with SRA on the project," said Stephen Lebovitz, president of CBL. "While our Boston regional office will take the lead in this engagement, the entire CBL organization is excited to begin work on Patriot Place to maximize the opportunities the center offers for enhancement and growth. The project offers an unbeatable location in terms of visibility, accessibility, demographics, and the embedded customer base afforded through the more than four million customers located within a 30-mile radius and the more than 2 million customers visiting Gillette Stadium annually. " "We are excited to have CBL on board providing Patriot Place with the benefit of their unparalleled expertise in management and leasing," said Brian Earley, general manager for Patriot Place. "With the outstanding location and attraction of Patriot Place coupled with CBL's deep bench of retail relationships, we are confident in this project's rising success."
