Stamford, CT In a transaction arranged by CBRE and JLL, Greenwich Associates has renewed its 41,928 s/f lease for its headquarters at 6 High Ridge Park. With this deal, the firm, a leading global provider of market intelligence and advisory services for the ?nancial services industry, has committed to remaining in town on a long-term basis. Rob Crane and Colin Reilly of CBRE represented the owner, George Comfort & Sons.

 

 

The property is part of High Ridge Park, a six-building complex totaling 590,000 s/f. Six High Ridge Park consists of 183,000 s/f and is located off Exit 35 of the Merritt Parkway and Rte. 137. 

“After carefully examining the market, Greenwich Associates concluded that 6 High Ridge Park continued to be the best choice for their employees and for their clients,” said Reilly.
