CBRE arranges sale of 250-unit Quinn35 Apartments in Shrewsbury, MA

Shrewsbury, MA Representatives of CBRE, led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler, completed the sale of Quinn35, a 250-unit, class A apartment community for an undisclosed price.

CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of Bluerock Real Estate Holdings, LLC, a New York, NY-based real estate investment firm. The team also procured the buyer, a fund advised by Bell Partners, a Greensboro, NC -based real estate investment firm. 

Built in 2018, Quinn35 is comprised of four four-story residential buildings and one three-story residential building. Community amenities include a 2nd floor community space with conference room, outdoor heated pool, fitness center, private garages, and a dog park.

The community is located adjacent to Lakeway Commons a Whole Foods-anchored retail center with restaurants/shops including Burtons Grill, Starbucks, and Tavern in the Square. Additionally, the property is strategically located in the Metro West employment market with easy access to I-90 & I-290 as well as UMass Memorial Hospital and Chan Medical School.

Butler said, “We are pleased to have represented Bluerock in the sale of Quinn35. This is truly a one-of-a-kind asset with its access to Lakeway Commons, proximity to UMass Memorial and the Chan Medical School, as well the greater Metro West employment market.”
