CBRE|Boulos Co. brokers 5 deals: Four leases and one retail sale

CBRE | The Boulos Co. negotiated four leases totaling 23,833 s/f and one retail sale.
Rambler's Way Farm leased 14,737 s/f of distribution space at 84 Industrial Park Rd. in Saco, from the landlord, Sharon Lamontagne.
Justin Lamontagne of CBRE|Boulos represented the landlord and Grego­ry Hastings of NAI The Dunham Group represented the tenant.
Affinity leased 3,600 s/f of office space at 400 Riverside St. in Portland, from the landlord, Orman Cum­mings Properties.
The lease was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens of CBRE|Boulos and on behalf of the landlord by Nate DeLois of Car­dente Real Estate.
Fitness Studio Personal Training has leased 1,200 s/f of office space at the Falmouth Shopping Center in Falmouth from the landlord, Falmouth Realty Associates Trust. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Joseph Porta and Craig Young, CCIM, partner of CBRE|Boulos and on behalf of the tenant by Katie Allen of NAI/The Dunham Group.
KG Partners has leased 4,296 s/f of office space at 280 Fore St. in Portland, from the landlord, Olympia Equity Investors VIII, LLC.
The lease was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Gregory Boulos and on behalf of the tenant by Craig Young, CCIM, both partners at CBRE|Boulos.
555 Maine Mall Rd. in South Portland, the former Circuit City location, was sold by CC#3108 South Portland LLC and is a new location for the Purchaser, Goodwill Industries of Northern New England. The building is a 26,620 s/f stand alone retail building situated on 3.48 acres of leased land.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller by Andy Nelson and on behalf of the buyer by Craig Young, CCIM, partner both of CBRE|Boulos.
