North Branch Construction, Inc. has completed construction of new workforce housing. Parmenter Place is a rental community consisting of six buildings with twenty-five two and three bedroom apartment and townhouse units for a total of 27,600 s/f. The wood framed buildings feature vinyl siding, asphalt roof shingles and were built using energy efficient green building techniques. The buildings have received certification from the US EPA Energy Star program. Three of the buildings include 2 units each with the remaining three buildings ranging from 5 to 8 units in each. There is also a community laundry room.
The buildings are owned by the Concord Housing and Redevelopment Authority and were designed by architectural firm Burnell-Johnson.
