High Ridge Park Corporate Center - Stamford, CT

As the exclusive leasing agent for High Ridge Park Corporate Center in Stamford, CBRE Group recently signed three leases totaling 17,206 s/f at the six-building, 40-acre property. The CBRE Stamford team of Colin Reilly and Paul Jacobs oversaw the transactions on behalf of ownership, George Comfort and Sons.
Lake Partners, an asset management firm formerly located at 25 Field Point Rd. in Greenwich, signed a seven-year lease at 4 High Ridge Park. The tenant was attracted to the property's park-like setting as well as the meticulous attention to detail shown by the landlord, who custom built the space to Lake Partners' specifications. Jones Lang LaSalle's George Bagley negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
"This transaction is yet another example of the long-running trend among Greenwich and Stamford tenants that value High Ridge Park's true campus environment," said Reilly.
Consumer products company High Ridge Brands signed a five-year deal for new space at 5 High Ridge Park. At the firm's inception, the founders originally took space at the building under an affiliate's lease and have been very pleased with their tenancy. As the company started to grow, and the decision was made to expand, the landlord made it easy to sign a new lease and relocate to larger space within the building. "We have been very happy with the overall package that the park has to offer in terms of location, amenities and the responsiveness of the management team" said High Ridge Brands president and CEO, James Daniels. Rick Rosencrans of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction.
A newly formed law firm, Pastore, Shofi & Dailey LLC, signed a lease for space on the third floor at 4 High Ridge Park. The tenant chose the property due to its convenience to nearby transportation, a full suite of amenities and institutional image. Rick Rosencrans acted on behalf of the tenant for this deal as well.
George Comfort & Sons president, Peter Duncan said, "It is our goal to continually strive to provide our tenants with a truly Class-A office environment with technologically advanced infrastructures, a sustainable workplace and a full amenity package. We are pleased to have assisted High Ridge Brands with its move and welcome these two new tenants to High Ridge Park."

High Ridge Park offers the only true corporate campus setting within the City of Stamford, Fairfield County. The 40-acre park consists of six class A office buildings.
