CBRE leases 32,025 s/f to High Purity New England in Smithfield
Smithfield, RI According to CBRE, High Purity New England, Inc. leased the entirety of 2 Thurber Blvd. The 32,025 s/f building includes both office and industrial space. High Purity New England’s addition of this second space will allow for growth within the company.
CBRE’s Dan Cregan represented the tenant, High Purity New England, and CBRE’s Alden Anderson represented the landlord, Thurber Properties, LLC, as the exclusive leasing advisor.
“We are pleased to welcome High Purity New England to Smithfield Office Center and look forward to a long and successful business relationship,” said Axel Stepan, managing partner of Douglas Pike Associates, LLC.
